An Eid special keema recipe.
Heat the oil in a wok and saute the onions well till they turn brown in colour.
Then add in the chopped tomato and saute it well.
Next, add the keema and required salt. Cover and cook it or 20 mins and keep stirring during this time.
In a mixer jar, take the coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, ginger, garlic, green chillies, cumin powder and fennel powder. Grind these ingredients well together.
After 20 mins, once the keema is cooked well, add in the grounded masala.
Cover and continue cooking while stirring occasionally. Cook till the oil separates itself from the keema. Next, pour in some water and cook for another 20 mins.
The keema is ready! Garnish it with some grated paneer and serve.
