Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Yogart 1/2 cup
  2. Mutton minnsed 500 grms
  3. Salt 1 tsp
  4. Tumeric 1 tsp
  5. Garlic 1 tsp
  6. Ginger 1 inch
  7. Oil 4 tsp
  8. Green Cardamom 2-3
  9. Black cardamom 1
  10. Cumin 1 tsp
  11. Clove 4
  12. Cinamom stick 1 inch
  13. Black peper corns 6
  14. Onion chopped 4 medium
  15. Green chilli 3
  16. Red chilli 1 tsp
  17. Corriander 1 tsp
  18. Tomato 1
  19. Fresh corriander chopped 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Mix minced meat,yogurt,salt,tumeric powder and garlic paste. Set aside for an hour.
  2. Heat oil and add cumin seeds,green cardamoms,black cardamom,clove,cinnamom,clove and black peppercorns and sautr till fragrants.
  3. Add onion till it turn colour.
  4. Add ginger,garlic,green chillies,red chilli powder and coriander powder. Saute for a mi. And add tomatoes.
  5. Finally add meet and cook on meadium heat for 20 to 35 min
  6. Ready to serve.
