Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cup flatten rice (Poha)
  2. 2 onion
  3. 2 boil potatoes.
  4. 1 tomato
  5. 1 capsicum
  6. 1 green chilli.
  7. 1 cup peanut
  8. 1/2cup peas.
  9. Salt
  10. 1/4tsp mustard seeds.
  11. 10 kari patta.
  12. 1/4tsp red chilli
  13. 1/4tsp turmeric
  14. 4 tsp oil.

Instructions

  1. Wash poha in a strainer.
  2. Keep aside.
  3. Heat oil
  4. Add mustard seeds.
  5. Add kari patta.
  6. Put chopp onion
  7. Put all vegies
  8. Stir well.
  9. Cover n simmer till peas cook.
  10. Nw add salt n all masalas.
  11. Add poha.
  12. Mix well.
  13. Add pea nut n stir well.
  14. Eat hot.
