Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Poha : 2 cups
  2. Potato boiled & cut into cubes : 2
  3. Onion sliced : 1
  4. Peanuts : 1/2 cup
  5. Green chilli sliced : 3
  6. Curry leaves : 6-7
  7. Mustard seeds : 1 tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Turmeric powder to taste
  10. Red chilli powder to taste
  11. Pav bhaji masala to taste
  12. Lemon juice : 2 tbsp
  13. Coriander leaves chopped : 2 tbsp
  14. Water : 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok. Add curry leaves and mustard seeds. Let it splutter for a min. Add sliced onion and peanuts. Fry it till golden. Add green chilli and potatoes. Mix well.
  2. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala and mix well. Add water and cook for few mins. Add properly washed poha and mix. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves. Mix well.
  3. Transfer it in a serving plate and serve hot.
