Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Poha [flattened rice] 2 cups
  2. Onion 3
  3. Green chilli 3
  4. Tomato 1
  5. Peanuts100gm
  6. Oil 3tsp
  7. Salt
  8. Chilly powder1tsp
  9. Turmeric powder 1tsp
  10. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  11. Bhujia 1 small bowl

Instructions

  1. Soak poha in bowl now take wok add oil then mustard seeds when it starts spluttering, add onions with peanuts
  2. When it turns light brown ,add tomato and green chilly.
  3. Now add all the spices mix it properly ,now add poha mix it, add Bhujia for garnish
