Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Poha 1 1/2 cup
  2. Sugar 2 tsp
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Roasted peanuts 4 tsp
  5. Curry leaves 10-12
  6. Green chilli 2
  7. Nylon sev for garnish
  8. Oil 2 tsp / butter
  9. Rai 1 tsp
  10. Haldi 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Put water in poha and strain.
  2. Take a kadhai. Add oil. Put rai to splutter.
  3. Add haldi. Then add poha and peanuts. Add salt and sugar. Mix.
  4. Turn off the gas. Garnish with sev.
