Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Nylon poha (thin poha) - 200 gms
  2. Coriander seeds 3 tbsp
  3. Jeera - 1 tbsp
  4. Mustard - 2 tsp
  5. Curry Leaves - 1 sprig
  6. Green chillies - slit, 6
  7. Turmeric powder - 2 tsp
  8. Salt as per your taste
  9. Fried groundnuts - a few (optional)

Instructions

  1. Take a kadai. Add oil. Splutter mustard, jeera, coriander seeds, curry leaves and slit green chillies. Saute till crisp.
  2. Add salt and turmeric powder. Saute.
  3. Add poha and fry on a low flame till crisp.
  4. Once done, turn off the flame and garnish with groundnuts, sugar and grated coconut as per your choice.

how to make it crispy yet flat as available in stores? if roasted,somehow my poha gets curled up
