Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Fish pieces - 500 gms
  2. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  3. Curry leaves - 5 - 6
  4. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  5. Roasted whole red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Roasted coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Green chilly cut in slit - 2
  8. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  9. Salt - to taste
  10. Oil - for frying

Instructions

  1. Marinate fish with turmeric powder,roasted coriander powder,roasted whole red chilly powder,ginger garlic poate,lemon juice and salt.
  2. Rest for half an hour.
  3. Heat oil in a non stick pan.
  4. Shallow fry the fish pieces.
  5. Add green chill and curry leaves.
  6. Fry both the sides.
  7. Serve hot.
