Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  2. Saffron milk 1 and half tsp
  3. Sugar 1/4 cup
  4. Dry fruits chopped
  5. Ghee 2 tsp
  6. Almonds 1/2 cup
  7. Milk 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Soak badam in hot water for 1 hr
  2. Now peel the skin.and blend it by using milk.
  3. Grind as a smooth paste.now change it into a large pan.mix it by using little amount of ghee in medium flame.
  4. Now add sugar .stir continuously till the sugar dissolve completely.
  5. After add 2 tsp of saffron milk.stir well in low flame.add little by little ghee.stir continues.stir till the mixture separates the pan
  6. Now add cardamom powder.mix well.finally serve chilled garnished with chopped nuts.
