Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup Badam
  2. 1/2 cup Sugar
  3. 1/2 cup Milk
  4. Few saffron strands
  5. Green cardamom
  6. Ghee add per requirement

Instructions

  1. Soak the badam for 4 hours and peel the skin
  2. In a mixer add 1/2 cup software, few saffron stands, green elachi and grind it by adding milk
  3. Grind it coarsely
  4. Heat 2 tsp of ghee in a kadhai
  5. Add the grounded paste and saute it well
  6. Added few more saffron stands and milk let it cook will so that we get nice Aroma
  7. I have not added any food color. Color will automatically change because of saffron
  8. You could see ghee started leaving it's sides
  9. Badam halwa is ready
