Badam is good in winters it boosts memory and has a lot of antioxidants, which give nutrition to your body

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Almonds 1 cup
  2. Suji 2 tbsp
  3. sugar 1 cup
  4. Ghee 3/4 cup
  5. 2 Tsp Cardamom powder
  6. Few safron threads

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan Add suji and roast till colour changes and a nice aroma comes
  2. Grind almonds in a mixer
  3. When suji is roasted properly add badam powder. Mix well and roast till aroma comes and ghee separates. Add 3.5 cups water sugar and cardamom powder and Kesar strands
  4. Mix well and cook for another five minutes.
  5. Garnish with badam and serve.
