ABOUT Ginger Garlic Coconut Chutney(Ease Digestion) RECIPE

Best Chutney that goes well with Idli, Dosa and Roti. Coconut chutney with Garlic and Ginger helps in easy digestion of Food. Since we add it Raw we are getting more benefits compared to normal coconut chutney. Its healthy and tasty too.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 shell Coconut big size
  2. 1/4 cup Fried gram
  3. green chillies 3
  4. Ginger 1 inch
  5. Garlic 4-6 cloves
  6. Coriander leaves
  7. Salt

Instructions

  1. Peel 1 inch Ginger and 6 Garlic cloves. Take 3 green chillies
  2. Grate or cut 1/2 shell big Coconut in to pieces. Add them to blender
  3. Add 1/4 cup Fried Gram
  4. Add garlic, ginger, chillies and required salt as per your taste
  5. Add handful of Coriander leaves
  6. Grind them. Now add 1/2 cup water and grind to smooth paste
  7. Add Seasoning prepared with Oil, Mustard, split Urad dal and Curry leaves
