A good combination with sothi and rice

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ginger grated 4tablespoon
  2. Coconut grated 4tablespoon
  3. Tamarind a small piece
  4. Salt
  5. Red chilly 3numbers
  6. Turmeric powder 1/4teaspoon
  7. Oil 1tablespoon
  8. Mustard seeds 1teaspoon
  9. Urud dal 1teaspoon
  10. curry leaves

Instructions

  1. In a pan add oil and fry red chilly
  2. Remove it and fry ginger and coconut
  3. In a mixie add fried ingredients and add tamarind and salt
  4. Grind it smooth
  5. In a pan add oil and fry mustard seed and urud dal and curry leaves
  6. Add ground mixture and turmeric powder
  7. Mix well and saute for 1minutes
