Spicy and tangy chutney.
Heat oil in a pan, saute ulundhu and red chilly for 1 min and keep aside.
On the same pan, saute ginger for 2 to 3 mins and keep aside.
On the same pan and add mustard and curry leaves. Let them crackle for a minute and switch off the flame.
Add coconut, ulundhu, red chilli(s), tamarind, jaggery, ginger and salt and grind it. Now Ginger chutney is ready.
Add the mustard seeds & curry leaves mixture to the above chutney.
