ABOUT Coconut Garlic Chutney RECIPE

A delicious and healthy chutney that can be eaten with dosa, idli, paratha or even used as a spread for sandwiches.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 Cup - Grated fresh coconut
  2. 1 tbsp - Roasted Bengal gram
  3. 2 Cloves - Garlic
  4. 1 Inch - Ginger
  5. 2 - Green chilli
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tbsp - Curd
  8. 1 tsp - Oil for tadka
  9. 1 tsp - Mustard seeds
  10. Few curry leaves
  11. 2 - Red chilies, whole

Instructions

  1. Put all things except tadka in a jar n grind it.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, kadi leaves n chilli.
  3. Pour the takda over chutney. Use this delicious chutney with anything of your choice.
