Simple yet delicious.
In a pan add some oil add jeera then tomato chopped then add ginger garlic paste stir well
Add Lauki ,dal and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame stir continously
Add all the spices then put some water and cook for 15 minutes to 20 minutes on slow flame I use pressure cooker 3 to 4 whistles will be enough
When Dal is tender enough then it's ready to serve. garnish with coriander leaves and Sprinkle pinch Garam Masala and dry mango powder
