Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Semolina 2 bowls
  2. 1 cup sour curd
  3. Oil 2 tablespoons
  4. Salt per taste
  5. Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  6. Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Cashew nuts 2 tablespoons
  8. Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Curry leaves 1 tablespoon
  10. Green chillies 3-4
  11. Coriander leaves 2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Take semolina in a bowl
  2. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and curd in it
  3. Add chopped green chillies, coriander and cashews
  4. Add baking powder and mix well
  5. Grease the idli stand
  6. Pour the batter in moulds
  7. Steam for 10 minutes
  8. Shift in a plate
  9. Make tadka of oil adding mustard seeds, curry leaves and some chopped cashews
  10. Add it on idlis
