Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 8 kg gobhi gajar and shalgum after cutting
  2. 400 gm rai black
  3. 750 gm imli
  4. 750 gm jaggery
  5. 15 to 20 pcs of maga or pipli
  6. 30 pcs of black pepper
  7. Cloves 15 to 20 pcs
  8. Jaifal 2 big size
  9. Red chillie pd 250 gm
  10. Mustard oil 750gm
  11. Vinegar 1 bottle
  12. Salt 3,/4 packet or according to taste
  13. 30

Instructions

  1. Grind pipli rai cloves hai phal and black pepper
  2. Cut vegetables in medium size
  3. Blanch vegetables in hot water for 4 to 5 minutes
  4. Dry vegetables in sunlight for 4 to 5 hours
  5. Now mix grinded masala salt and oil
  6. Mix well
  7. Now put it in glass jar or any container
  8. Keep for a week in sunlight
  9. In a another glass bowl or steel bowl put tamarind and vinegar
  10. Soak tamarind in vinegar completely
  11. After a week strain tamarind sauce
  12. If need put more vinegar in it
  13. Take a kadahi put some water in it Now put jaggery in it and make 1 tar ki chashni
  14. Pour tamarind sauce and chashni in pickle mix well
  15. Pickle is ready to serve
