Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Grated Noolkol : 2
  2. Grated Carrot : 1
  3. Fresh peas : 1 handful
  4. Mustard seeds : 1/2 tsp
  5. Cumin seeds : 1/2 tsp
  6. Green chilli : 1
  7. Gated ginger garlic : 1 tsp
  8. oil
  9. curry leaves
  10. Chopped onion : 1
  11. Grated Coconut : 1 handful

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves
  2. Add chopped onion, green chilli and saute for. 1 min
  3. Add green peas, grated carrot , grated ginger garlic and keep saute for 2 mins
  4. Add grated noolkol, salt and keep saute for 5 min
  5. Add grated coconut and switch off the flame
