For sizzler sauce :
Onion minced 1tablespoon
Garlic finely chopped 1teaspoon
Tomato ketchup 2 tablespoons
Vinegar 1teaspoon
Butter 1 tablespoon
Corn flour 2 tablespoons
Oregano 1teaspoon
Water 2 tablespoons
For stir fry vegetables :
Onion sliced 1/2 cup
Yellow capsicum chopped in cubes 1/2 cup
Red capsicum chopped in cubes 1/2 cup
Green capsicum chopped in cubes 1/2 cup
Broccoli parboiled 1/2 cup
Carrots parboiled 1/2 cup
Peas parboiled 1/2 cup
Boiled corn kernels 1/2 cup
Deep fried paneer cubes 1cup
Oregano 1/2 tablespoon
Butter 1tablespoon
Salt and chilly according to taste
Cabbage leaves washed and dried 5-6
Spring onion 1
Instructions
Cooking sizzler sauce :
Make slurry of corn flour by adding 1 tablespoon of water. Keep aside.
First heat butter in a pan. Now stir fry onions & garlic till golden brown.
Mix all rest ingredients of sauce and cornflour slurry in pan one by one. Keep stirring. Cook sauce till it thickens. Keep aside.
Cooking vegetables :
Heat butter in a pan .stir fry onions till golden brown.
Now add all the three capsicums . Stir fry for 5 minutes . Don't overcook. Let vegetables be crunchy.
Now add parboiled corn kernels , carrots ,peas and broccoli in pan.Add half of the fried paneer cubes, oregano and salt also. Mix nicely.
Stir fry vegetables for 10 minutes more in medium flame.
When the vegetables are bit crunchy, Switch off the flame.
For Assembling :
First heat sizzler tray. Now spread cabbage leaves on base of the tray.
On cabbage leaves spread sauted vegetables all over . Pour sizzler sauce on all plated vegetables.
Garnish with fried paneer cubes and spring onion.
Serve hot immediately. Yummy and healthy sizzler is ready to enjoy.
