Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For sizzler sauce :
  2. Onion minced 1tablespoon
  3. Garlic finely chopped 1teaspoon
  4. Tomato ketchup 2 tablespoons
  5. Vinegar 1teaspoon
  6. Butter 1 tablespoon
  7. Corn flour 2 tablespoons
  8. Oregano 1teaspoon
  9. Water 2 tablespoons
  10. For stir fry vegetables :
  11. Onion sliced 1/2 cup
  12. Yellow capsicum chopped in cubes 1/2 cup
  13. Red capsicum chopped in cubes 1/2 cup
  14. Green capsicum chopped in cubes 1/2 cup
  15. Broccoli parboiled 1/2 cup
  16. Carrots parboiled 1/2 cup
  17. Peas parboiled 1/2 cup
  18. Boiled corn kernels 1/2 cup
  19. Deep fried paneer cubes 1cup
  20. Oregano 1/2 tablespoon
  21. Butter 1tablespoon
  22. Salt and chilly according to taste
  23. Cabbage leaves washed and dried 5-6
  24. Spring onion 1

Instructions

  1. Cooking sizzler sauce :
  2. Make slurry of corn flour by adding 1 tablespoon of water. Keep aside.
  3. First heat butter in a pan. Now stir fry onions & garlic till golden brown.
  4. Mix all rest ingredients of sauce and cornflour slurry in pan one by one. Keep stirring. Cook sauce till it thickens. Keep aside.
  5. Cooking vegetables :
  6. Heat butter in a pan .stir fry onions till golden brown.
  7. Now add all the three capsicums . Stir fry for 5 minutes . Don't overcook. Let vegetables be crunchy.
  8. Now add parboiled corn kernels , carrots ,peas and broccoli in pan.Add half of the fried paneer cubes, oregano and salt also. Mix nicely.
  9. Stir fry vegetables for 10 minutes more in medium flame.
  10. When the vegetables are bit crunchy, Switch off the flame.
  11. For Assembling :
  12. First heat sizzler tray. Now spread cabbage leaves on base of the tray.
  13. On cabbage leaves spread sauted vegetables all over . Pour sizzler sauce on all plated vegetables.
  14. Garnish with fried paneer cubes and spring onion.
  15. Serve hot immediately. Yummy and healthy sizzler is ready to enjoy.
