Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For the pasta:
  2. Penne pasta (boiled) 1 cup
  3. Spinach puree 1/2 cup
  4. Salt 1 tsp
  5. Chilli sauce 2 tsp
  6. Butter 1 tsp
  7. For the Tikki:
  8. Boiled and mashed potatoes 2 cups
  9. Ginger-garlic paste 2 tsp
  10. Salt as per taste
  11. Besan 2 tsp
  12. Chilli powder 1 tsp
  13. For Stir Frying vegetables:
  14. Red, Green capsicum, Carrot 1 cup
  15. Butter 1 tsp
  16. Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  17. For the Rice:
  18. Cooked rice 1 cup
  19. Butter 1 tsp
  20. Salt as per taste
  21. Ketchup 3 tsp
  22. Chilli sauce 1 tsp
  23. To assemble: Few Cabbage leaves and 1 tbsp of Butter

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta as per the package instructions, then drain and keep aside.
  2. Then take a pan. Put in butter and let it melt. Then add in the spinach puree and let it cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Now add in the pasta, salt and chilli sauce. Mix it well. Cook for 2 minutes. This is ready.
  4. To prepare the tikki, take all the ingredients and mix well. Make patties from this mixture and shallow fry in butter till it turns golden in colour.
  5. To stir fry, take a pan and put in the butter. Add in the vegetables, then add salt and black pepper. Cook it for 2 minutes on a high flame. This is ready.
  6. To cook the rice, take a pan. Add in butter, then add in the rice, salt, ketchup and chilli sauce. Mix it well and cook for 2 minutes. This is ready.
  7. To assemble, take a sizzler tray. Heat it well, then cover the tray with blanched cabbage leaves.
  8. First put the pasta on one side, then the tikki near it. Next put the rice and lastly the stir fry vegetables.
  9. Put the butter below the cabbage leaves for the sizzling effect. It is ready to be served.
