It is a very different sizzler that has rice and noodles both as the main part of sizzler.A lot of work but worth eating

Ingredients Serving: 4
For Rice
1 cup boiled rice
1 tblsp chopped garlic
2 tblsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tblsp oil
1/2 tblsp garlic powder
salt
For Spaghetti
150 gms boiled spaghetti
1/2 tblsp oil
1 tblsp chopped garlic
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1 tblsp tomato ketchup
salt
For Paneer
150 gms paneer
1/2 cup hung curd
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp kasuri methi
black salt 1/2 tsp
salt acc to taste
For Tikki
2 boiled potato
1/4 cup carrot grated
2 tblsp chopped capsicum
1/2 tblsp chaat masala
1/2 tblsp roasted besan
1/2 cup bread crums
1/2 tsp black salt
oil
salt acc to taste
Potato wedges
2 big potatoes
oil for frying
salt acc to taste
For sautēed vegetables
3 pcs baby corn
1 small onion
1 carrot
7-8 pcs beans
1/2 cup peas
3-4 florets cauliflower
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ajinomoto
salt and pepper acc to taste
Barbeque sauce
2 tblsp chopped garlic
5-6 tblsp tomato ketchup
salt acc to taste
For sizzler plate
3-4 Cabbage leaves
1/2 tblsp butter
Instructions
For Rice— Heat a pan. Add little oil it in , add chopped garlic and saute for a minute. Add rice and coriander to it . Mix well. Add garlic powder and salt. Sautee for 2 mins and keep aside.
For Spaghetti —Heat a pan. Add oil in it, add chopped garlic , saute for sometime. Add soy sauce, tomato ketcup and vinegar. Add spaghetti and salt. Mix well. Can add little water to make it more juicy. Mix well and keep aside
For paneer — Cut the paneer into cubes. Mix kasuri methi, chaat masala, black salt and salt to the hung curd and mix well. Add paneer cubes and let it rest for 30 mins. After it is done arrange the paneer cubes in the skewer and roast it from all sides
For Tikki — Mash the boiled potatoes. Add grated carrot, capsicum, roasted besan, chaat masala, salt, black salt. Mix well and shape it in two big tikkis. Coat it with bread crums and with the little oil roast it on both sides.
For Potato Wedges— Peel and cut potatoes into wedges. Put the wedges in the boiling water till potatoes are parboiled. Strain and keep aside. Heat a kadhai, add enough oil for frying wedges. Add wedges in medium hot oil and cook till done.Add salt and mix
For vegetables- Cut all vegetables in jullienne. Heat a oil in kadhai. Add Veggies ans salt, cover and cook till partially done. Add salt, pepper and ajinomoto. Mix well sautee for sometime and keep aside
For sauce— Heat a kadhai, add 1/2 tsp oil, add chopped garlic, sautee for sometimes, add ketchup and cook on medium flame for 10 mins. Add salt and keep aside
Arranging sizzler— Heat the sizzler plate, place cabbage leaves at base, Place rice on one side and spaghetti on another side. Place Veggies in between them. iArrange potato wedges on sides, keep paneer stick on rice.
and place tikki on spaghetti. pour some barbeque sauce over tikki.place some butter on hot sizzler plate to make it sizzle. Serve hot.
