It is a very different sizzler that has rice and noodles both as the main part of sizzler.A lot of work but worth eating

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For Rice
  2. 1 cup boiled rice
  3. 1 tblsp chopped garlic
  4. 2 tblsp chopped coriander leaves
  5. 1 tblsp oil
  6. 1/2 tblsp garlic powder
  7. salt
  8. For Spaghetti
  9. 150 gms boiled spaghetti
  10. 1/2 tblsp oil
  11. 1 tblsp chopped garlic
  12. 1 tsp soy sauce
  13. 1 tsp vinegar
  14. 1 tblsp tomato ketchup
  15. salt
  16. For Paneer
  17. 150 gms paneer
  18. 1/2 cup hung curd
  19. 1 tsp chaat masala
  20. 1 tsp kasuri methi
  21. black salt 1/2 tsp
  22. salt acc to taste
  23. For Tikki
  24. 2 boiled potato
  25. 1/4 cup carrot grated
  26. 2 tblsp chopped capsicum
  27. 1/2 tblsp chaat masala
  28. 1/2 tblsp roasted besan
  29. 1/2 cup bread crums
  30. 1/2 tsp black salt
  31. oil
  32. salt acc to taste
  33. Potato wedges
  34. 2 big potatoes
  35. oil for frying
  36. salt acc to taste
  37. For sautēed vegetables
  38. 3 pcs baby corn
  39. 1 small onion
  40. 1 carrot
  41. 7-8 pcs beans
  42. 1/2 cup peas
  43. 3-4 florets cauliflower
  44. 1 tsp garlic powder
  45. 1/2 tsp ajinomoto
  46. salt and pepper acc to taste
  47. Barbeque sauce
  48. 2 tblsp chopped garlic
  49. 5-6 tblsp tomato ketchup
  50. salt acc to taste
  51. For sizzler plate
  52. 3-4 Cabbage leaves
  53. 1/2 tblsp butter

Instructions

  1. For Rice— Heat a pan. Add little oil it in , add chopped garlic and saute for a minute. Add rice and coriander to it . Mix well. Add garlic powder and salt. Sautee for 2 mins and keep aside.
  2. For Spaghetti —Heat a pan. Add oil in it, add chopped garlic , saute for sometime. Add soy sauce, tomato ketcup and vinegar. Add spaghetti and salt. Mix well. Can add little water to make it more juicy. Mix well and keep aside
  3. For paneer — Cut the paneer into cubes. Mix kasuri methi, chaat masala, black salt and salt to the hung curd and mix well. Add paneer cubes and let it rest for 30 mins. After it is done arrange the paneer cubes in the skewer and roast it from all sides
  4. For Tikki — Mash the boiled potatoes. Add grated carrot, capsicum, roasted besan, chaat masala, salt, black salt. Mix well and shape it in two big tikkis. Coat it with bread crums and with the little oil roast it on both sides.
  5. For Potato Wedges— Peel and cut potatoes into wedges. Put the wedges in the boiling water till potatoes are parboiled. Strain and keep aside. Heat a kadhai, add enough oil for frying wedges. Add wedges in medium hot oil and cook till done.Add salt and mix
  6. For vegetables- Cut all vegetables in jullienne. Heat a oil in kadhai. Add Veggies ans salt, cover and cook till partially done. Add salt, pepper and ajinomoto. Mix well sautee for sometime and keep aside
  7. For sauce— Heat a kadhai, add 1/2 tsp oil, add chopped garlic, sautee for sometimes, add ketchup and cook on medium flame for 10 mins. Add salt and keep aside
  8. Arranging sizzler— Heat the sizzler plate, place cabbage leaves at base, Place rice on one side and spaghetti on another side. Place Veggies in between them. iArrange potato wedges on sides, keep paneer stick on rice.
  9. and place tikki on spaghetti. pour some barbeque sauce over tikki.place some butter on hot sizzler plate to make it sizzle. Serve hot.
