Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Carrots 2
  2. Cauliflower 4 5 florets
  3. Capsicum 1big
  4. Sesame 2 tsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Chilly pd 1/2 tsp
  7. honey 2 tsp
  8. Green coriander few
  9. Sugar 1/2tsp

Instructions

  1. 1 Take a pan or kadahi put some oil in it. 2 When its hot put washed and chopped vegetables in it. 3 Put salt chilly pd in it. 4 Fry on high to medium heat for 5 minutes.5 Then put honey in it. Mix well. 6 Fry for 2 to 3 minutes on high flame. 7 Garnish with coriander leaves 8 serve hot with chapati
