Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 tea spoon musterd seeds
  2. 250 grams of sprounts
  3. Two glass of water to boil the sprounts
  4. Thik sev bhel to add into greavy
  5. 1/2tea spn cumin
  6. 2-3 bay leaf
  7. Two big finely choped onions
  8. 1spoon ginger garlic paste
  9. 50 grams dry coconut
  10. 1big onion
  11. 10gram coriender seeds
  12. 1table spoon cumin
  13. 1 table spoon salt or as per ur taste
  14. 1/2 spoon haldi -
  15. 1 table spoon red chilly powder
  16. 1table spoon garam masala
  17. 1 1/2 spoon coriender powder
  18. 2 big spoon ambari masala or missal masala
  19. 2-3 big tometoes finely choped
  20. 2-3 big spoon of oil

Instructions

  1. First take a thik bootam pan and aad 2-3 big spoon of oil heat it properly
  2. Now put mustered seeds and cumin seeds
  3. Put bay leaf
  4. Now put 2 finely choped onions in it
  5. Make onions light brown in colour
  6. Put ginger garlic paste in the brownish onions
  7. Now make a paste of dry coconut 1 onion coriender and cumin seeds in small jar of mixer
  8. Make a fine paste and add into pan
  9. Put all the dry masalas into pan
  10. Now add finally choped tomatoes in it
  11. Now add boiled sprounts and mix aal ingredents well
  12. Now add boiled water of sprounts
  13. And cover the pan with thik lid to bring a boil
  14. Now tari comes up and ur missal is ready to serve now
