Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup black chole(soaked 5 hours)
  2. 1/2 cup scrouts (soaked 3 hours)
  3. 1 potato peal cut diced
  4. 1 cup onions
  5. 1 cup tomatoes
  6. 1/4 cup fried onions
  7. 1 cup chopped coriander
  8. 1 tsp salt
  9. 1 tsp chili powder
  10. 1/2 tsp haldi
  11. 1 tsp pav bhaji masala
  12. 1/4 tsp coriander powder
  13. 1 tsp chopped garlic
  14. 2 tsp lemon juice
  15. 1/4 cup butter
  16. 1/4 cup khara ( sev)

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl put soaked Chile,scrouts and all veggies
  2. Chopped and keep pressure cooker cook it 3 vissles
  3. Transfer to a bowl do hand blender stick
  4. It comes roughly and bhaji become tasty
  5. Keep cadai add butter put chopped garlic ,onionfri well
  6. Then add tomatoes once it softly add already blend misal chole
  7. Add all spices powder , coriander do again blend on flame
  8. Keep mix up nice add lemon juice, coriander turn of
  9. Take a serving plate transfer bhaji garnish with onion,lemon,sev (khara)..
  10. Serve with fried pav and misal bhaji ready to serve
