ABOUT Green chilla roti RECIPE

These whole wheat rotis are enriched wirh spinach ,fenugreek and coriender mixcture and garnished with beans tomatoes and cheese for enhanced taste and vitamins.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For roti
  2. Wheat flour 3/4 cup
  3. 1/2 tsp jeera
  4. 1/2 tsp salt
  5. 1/2 tsp turmeric
  6. 1/2 cup curd
  7. Oil for frying
  8. For chilla
  9. Mix green vegetables leaves( like methi) 2 tbsp
  10. 3/4 chopped green chilli
  11. Coriender leaves 1 tbsp
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Gram flour 2 tbsp
  14. For topping
  15. 7/8 beans chopped
  16. 1 tomato chopped
  17. Grated cheese 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Other then oil, mix all ingredients for roti and make a dough.
  2. Heat a tava and make small roti.
  3. Spread chila mix on the roti and add topping on top of it.
  4. Use oil and cook from both sides. Green chilla roti is ready. Serve hot.
