Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Amaranth greens - Thotakura ( Arai keerai )
  2. Cumin seeds : 1/2 tsp
  3. Pepper powder : 1/2 tsp
  4. Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt
  6. Oil : 2 tsp
  7. Tomato : 1/2
  8. Small onion : 4
  9. Garlic : 4 pods
  10. Grated Coconut : 4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, garlic, tomato and saute for 1 min
  2. Add cumin seeds, turmeric powder, pepper powder and saute for 30 seconds
  3. Wash the spinach and add it
  4. Add salt and required water ( 1/4 cup ) and cook for 5 min
  5. Switch off the flame add grated Coconut and grind it
