when you are on a lcd or keto diet you do carve for some dessert. here presenting a simple yet delicious way of lcd coconut laddoos.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. coconut powder 6tbs
  2. stevia 2tsp
  3. ghee 1tbs
  4. cardamom 2
  5. 1.5tbs fresh cream

Instructions

  1. heat a nonstick frying pan
  2. add ghee
  3. add the coconut powder and sauté in low heat until it starts changing colour
  4. add the stevia
  5. and sauté for 2-3mins.
  6. remove from heat and add the fresh cream and mix well
  7. let it cool slightly and roll them into laddoos
