Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2 cups fresh Coconut grated
  2. 1/4 cup milk powder
  3. One cup condensed milk
  4. 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  5. 4 tap Nicely powdered almond powder

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan and place the grated coconut and condensed milk.
  2. Keep stirring, cook over low flame mixing it continuously for about 5 minutes
  3. add milk powder Keep stirring frequently to avoid the milk from getting burnt
  4. when it thickens cardamom powder and almond powder
  5. When the mixture leaves the sides of the pan, remove from flame & let it cool down for about 15 minutes
  6. apply some ghee on your hands and make even sized balls out of coconut mix
  7. In flat plate , add dried coconut powder and roll each coconut balls ( ladoo)in it, so that the powder coats well onto the ladoos
