Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 cup soaked n boil white chane
  2. Salt
  3. 1/4tsp cumin seeds
  4. 1tbs chana masala
  5. 1/4tsp red chilli
  6. 4 onion
  7. 2 tomatoes
  8. 2 tbs ginger lacha.
  9. Coriander leaves
  10. 2 green chillies
  11. For Kulchas....
  12. 8 cup maida
  13. 2 cup curd
  14. Salt
  15. 1/2tsp sugar.
  16. 1/2tsp kasoori methi.
  17. For filling....
  18. 4 boil potatoes
  19. Salt
  20. 1/4tsp cumin seeds.
  21. 1/4tsp coriander seeds
  22. 2 green chillies
  23. Coriander leaves
  24. 1/4tsp pomegrante seeds
  25. Butter.

Instructions

  1. For Cholle.
  2. Heat oil in a cooker
  3. Add cumin seeds
  4. Add chopp onion
  5. Add ginger lacha.
  6. Add fine chopp tomatoes
  7. Add.salt n all masalas
  8. Cook it well
  9. Add boil cholle with its water.
  10. Cook till 2 whistles
  11. Put slit green chillies n coriander leaves
  12. For Kulchas.. Make d dough of maida with curd.salt.ajwain n kasoori methi.
  13. Rest it for some time
  14. For filling....
  15. Mash potatoes n add salt n all masalas
  16. Add chopp onion
  17. Add green chillied
  18. Add Coriander leaves.
  19. Nw take d ball of dough
  20. Flatten it n fill potato filling n rill it.
  21. Cook it in tandoor or cooker.
  22. Serve with cholle.chatni.n salad
  23. Top with butter.
