Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 kg.maida ,
  2. 1cup dahi,
  3. club soda
  4. salt.
  5. Stuffing-boiled aalo ,onions, chopoed ginger,green chilly,salt ,red chilly pdr,amchoor ,anardaana,dried dhaniya,.
  6. Kabuli Chana or Chole dry 1.5 cup
  7. Tea bags- 1
  8. Dry Ingredients for gravy:
  9. Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  10. SALT AS PER TASTE
  11. Bhuna Zeera 1/2 spoon
  12. Loung powder 1/4 tbsp
  13. Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
  14. Garam masala powder – ½ tsp
  15. Chana Masala -1.5 tbsp
  16. Anardana powder 1/2 tbsp./.aamchur pow 1tbs
  17. Wet Ingredients for gravy
  18. :Onion 1(finely chopped)
  19. Tomato puree -1 cups
  20. Ginger paste – 1 tbsp
  21. Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  22. Green chili -1
  23. OIL – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Make the stuffing by mixing all ingredients under stuffing.
  2. After making the stuffed khulcha put some kalonji,green dhaniya n jeera with wet hand before keeping it in the tandoor.
  3. METHOD FOR CHHOLE
  4. Wash dry Chole a couple of times and soak them overnight in water.
  5. Add soaked chole, salt and 4 cups of water and tea bag in the pressure cooker.ADD Zeera Nd 2,3 LOung Pressure cook it for 30 minutes on medium heat
  6. .For gravy, heat oil in a pan. Then add pureed onions and sauté it, till turns light golden.
  7. Add ginger paste, garlic paste and chopped green chilies (optional). Cook for 2 minutes
  8. .Add tomato puree, red chili powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder,

  10. ADD aamchur anardana nd chana masala in the gravy and let it simmer for 5-6 minutes on medium-low heat.
  11. Discard the tea bags from the boiled chole.
  12. Add the gravy to the boiled chole and add a cup of water and simmer it on low heat
  13. Chole is ready to serve.Garnish wid dhaniya ...green chutny nd chopped onion
  14. Serve stuffed kulcha with fresh butter n choley.n imli pyaaz ki chutney,njiy ur meal ..

Manisha Ur recipes r really good. But this contest is not Indian. But outside India.
