Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Urad dal 1/2 cup
  2. Water as required
  3. Onion 1
  4. Green chilli 1
  5. Coriander leaves as required
  6. Curry leaves as required
  7. Pepper 2 tsp
  8. Salt as required
  9. Jeera powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Soak urad dal for 1 hr.and grind it nicely using little amount of water
  2. In bowl add urad dal,salt, chopped onion,green chilli,pepper,coriander leaves,Curry leaves,jeera powder. Mix well.
  3. Take a cover and from a little batter make the shape of vada
  4. In kadai,heat oil and put vada.fry it till golden brown.
  5. Cook both sides.take them out.serve hot with chutney or sambar.
