Simple and authentic recipe that can prepare on holi for your loved ones.

Ingredients Serving: 4

Maida or all purpose flour 100 gm
Butter soften 50 gm + for lining tray and liner
Nestle milkmaid 75 gm
Egg 1
Baking powder 1/4 tsp

Instructions

Pre heat the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Line the cup cake tray and liner with little butter or oil.
In a mixing bowl combine butter and milkmaid and beat until creamy.
Add beaten egg in it.
Sift the flour and baking powder to make batter lump free.
Now gradully add flour into milkmaid batter. And fold it.
Pour the batter in cup cakes tray and bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
When cool remove from tray.
Cupcakes are ready to serve.
