ABOUT Death by Chocolate Cupcakes RECIPE

These beautiful cchocolate cupcakes have wonderful flavour and are frosted with dark chocolate ganache. A pure chocolate indulgence.

Ingredients Serving: 6

For chocolate cupcakes:
All purpose flour 1 1/2 cup
Dark chocolate chopped 1/2 cup
Butter(unsalted) 1/2 cup
Cocoa powder 1/3 cup
Baking soda 1tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Vinegar 1tbsn
Hot water 1 cup
Sugar powdered 1cup
Vanilla Essence 1tsp
For Frosting
Dark chocolate 300gms
Amul fresh cream 200ml

Instructions

For chocolate cupcakes:
Melt butter and chocolate in microwave
Sift and mix the flour, cocoa and soda
Add salt and sugar
Mix until all dry ingredients are incorporated
Gradually pour hot water
Add chocolate mix, vanilla essence and vinegar Beat well
Do not over mix
Transfer into cupcake liners
Pre heat oven for 10 mins at 180 degree
Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until done
Let it cool on wire rack
For frosting
Chop chocolate finely
Heat the cream in pan and as soon as bubbles appear switch off gas and pour over chocolate
Let it rest for while and mix it well
Leave it till it cools down completely
Frosting is ready.to pipe
Pipe onto star nozzle or any of your choice and do the frosting.
