Ingredients: 1 cup All purpose flour; 1/4 cup Coco powder; 1/2 cup powdered sugar; 1 red bell pepper; 2 eggs; 1/2 cup butter; 1 tsp baking powder; 1/2 tsp paprika powder; 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper powder; 1 cup whipped cream; 1/4 cup melted chocolate; 1/2 cup icing sugar; Melted chocolate for Garnish; Chocolate sprinkle for garnish

Ingredients Serving: 4

1 cup All purpose flour
1/4 cup Coco powder
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 red bell pepper
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp paprika powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper powder
1 cup whipped cream
1/4 cup melted chocolate
1/2 cup icing sugar
Melted chocolate for Garnish
Chocolate sprinkle for garnish

Instructions

Roast bell pepper for 2-3 min then remove skin and puree it.
Take a bowl whisk butter and powdered sugar until fluffy then add 2 eggs one by one and whisk it till mixture become light then add all purpose flour ,baking powder and coco powder and mix all well then add bell pepper puree ,peprika powder,cayenne pepper and mix well..
Gresse cup cake mould with butter then pour cupcake mixture and bake this for 20 min at 180.c
For chocolate cream icing:
Whisk chilled cream with icing sugar till stiff peak then pour in melted chocolate and mix gently till it combines well then transfer it in icing bag and refrigerate it for sometime .
Ice chocolate cupcake with chocolate icing and garnish it with chocolate syurp and chocolate sprinklers and sprinkle some cayenne pepper on top..
