Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Urad dal 1 cup
  2. Chopped onion 2
  3. Green Chilli 2
  4. Curry leaves as required
  5. Pepper 7-8
  6. Salt as required

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak urad dal for 1 hr.grind it well using little amount of water.
  2. After refrigerate the batter for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. In bowl add onion,curry leaves,chopped green cholli,pepper,salt and urad dal batter.
  4. In tawa heat oil.wet your hands in cold water, gently scoop the batter with your bare fingers, and roll up into a ball and gently make a hole using your thumb, drop it into the oil.
  5. Flip the vada both side.cook both sides.methuvada is ready to taste with chutney.
