ABOUT Namak ajwain ka lachha parantha RECIPE

This is the most common breakfast in most household . If you are not willing to cook you can just make this and pair it with nimbu ka achaar and chai . You will love it .

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. whole wheat flour dough - 1 cup
  2. desi ghee [as required]
  3. ajwain [carom seeds] - 1 tsp
  4. salt

Instructions

  1. knead the dough with wheat flour and water for chapatis
  2. Take a small portion of it and make a ball . this should be double the size of the chapati that toh make .
  3. Now roll it into a chapati and spread some ghee over it . Spread it with ur fingers .
  4. Now sprinkle some salt and ajwain( carom seeds) and spread them all over with your fingers .
  5. Now fold the chapati to make a semi circle and spread some ghee again .
  6. Nos once again fold this semi circle and press it with your finger tips .
  7. Lift this up now and make a coil like structure .. basically one layer over the other .
  8. Now roll a thick chapati .
  9. Place it over a hot tawa and cook from both sides till it becomes golden brown .
  10. Remove from tawa , pour a huge spoon of ghee over it and crush it with your hands .
  11. serve hot .
