Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Thick wheat flour or ladoo ka aata 1/2 cup
  3. 2 tbs oil
  4. Salt
  5. Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  7. Ajwain 3 tsp
  8. Sesame seeds 1 tsp
  9. oil to fry

Instructions

  1. Take both flour mix it make a well in the centre of the flour and add oil in it.
  2. Grind coarsely ajawain and sesame seeds on rolling pin.
  3. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, and coarsely grinded ajwain and sesame seeds. Mix all add required water to make stiff Puri dough.
  4. Rest for 10 minutes
  5. Now divide the dough into small balls.
  6. Roll small Puri from all the small balls. Rest them for 10 minutes.
  7. Fried the puris in hot oil. Remove excess oil on tissue paper.
  8. Serve with tea and pickle.
