Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Ajwain (carom seeds) 2tbsp
  2. Almonds. 1cup or 250gms
  3. Jaggery. 250gms
  4. Clarified butter. 4tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a wok add carom seeds
  2. Cook it on slow Flame for 3-4 minutes
  3. Add crushed almonds again saute for 2 minute
  4. Now add jaggery crushed into small pieces
  5. Cover it till Jaggery melts completely
  6. Cook for another one minute and it's ready to serve
