ABOUT Namak Ajwain ka Parantha RECIPE

This is a favorite dish of my kids, I make them quite often for them.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 cup wheat flour
  2. Salt
  3. 1/4 tsp caraway seeds
  4. Oil

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and knead a soft dough using required amount of water.
  2. Rest them for few minutes and then divide the dough into equal roundels. Roll them out each and roast them on a hot tawa, drizzle little oil on the sides and cook well. Serve hot with some pickle and curd.
