ABOUT Harabhara kabab with dryfruit mixture RECIPE

This is a weekend special breakfast and brunch recipe. A yummy kabab filled with dry fruits.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 potatoes boiled and mashed
  2. 1 cup boiled peas
  3. 1 cup spinach boiled
  4. 1 tsp garam masala
  5. 2 tsp ginger chilli paste
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil as required
  8. 3 tsp chickpea flour
  9. 2 cup Bread crumbs
  10. 1/2 cup drufruit mixture

Instructions

  1. First take peas and spinach, grind them using a mixer grinder, then add mashed potatoes.
  2. Take chickpea flour,heat pan and roast chickpea flour.
  3. Then add ginger,chilly paste,salt, dry fruit mixture,chickpea flour,bread crumb,garam masala and make kabab.
  4. Shallow fry on the pan.with oil.
  5. Serve with tomato sauce.
  6. Serve hot.
