ABOUT Harabhara Cheesy Kabab RECIPE

When you want your family to eat their daily dose of greens, make it more interesting by adding cheese to it. Oh so cheesy & full of greens, I am sure no one would refuse to eat.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Boiled potatoes 6
  2. 2 bunch Spinach blanched & pureed
  3. Besan/gram flour 1/2 katori dry roasted
  4. Onion chopped 1
  5. Ginger garlic chilli paste 2 tsp
  6. Lemon juice 2 tsp
  7. Paneer/ cottage cheese mashed 1/2 small katori
  8. Rava/ sooji/Semolina for coating
  9. Processed cheese cubes for filling 10-12
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Garam masala powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Blanch palak with minimum water. Drain it. Puree it.
  2. Boil potatoes. Mash it.
  3. Now mix pureed palak into mashed potatoes. Now add mashed paneer to it.
  4. Add ginger garlic chilli paste to it. Season it with salt, garam masala powder and chopped onions.
  5. Now add dry roasted besan/gram flour to it. Mix gently.
  6. Roll these into kebabs. Give it shape of your choice. I have kept round ones.
  7. Now make a deep well in centre & put small piece of cheese. Roll again to form a shape of kebab
  8. Roll into dry rava/sooji/semolina.
  9. Deep fry. Serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce or mayonnaise and onion rings.
