Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 bunch feesh Palak Leaves
  2. Beans, Capsicum, Peas - Quarter cup
  3. Bread Crumbs - 6 tbsp
  4. Cornflour - 2 tbsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Amchur Powder - 1/3 tsp
  7. Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  8. Coreander powder - 1 tbsp
  9. Cheese - 1 cube
  10. 2 potato

Instructions

  1. Start by blanching the palak, by immersing them in hot water followed by chilling them using ice cubes .. to retain the color.
  2. Squeeze off the water from the palak, and place in the mortar.
  3. Season the capsicum, beans, peas in a tbsp oil along with salt , turmeric powder.
  4. Add them along with the palak.
  5. Boil aloo and mash them.
  6. Grind the palak stuff, add in breadcrumb, cheese, redchilli powder, coreander powder.
  7. Add in the mashed aloo.
  8. Make as your preferred shapes, Fry them in hot oil.
