ABOUT Shammi Kebab RECIPE

Mutton Shami kabab recipe is a famous Hyderabadi kabab dish which is made with mutton and channa dal which is soft and tasty

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Minced meat 500gm
  2. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  3. Susan Shammi kebab masala 2 tbsp
  4. Channa dal 1/2cup
  5. Onion 1
  6. Egg 1

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients, except egg, in a pressure cooker cook for 4 whistles
  2. Open the cooker after 5-10 min Cook the mixture till all the water has been absorbed
  3. Once the meat is cooled, place it in a grinder or a food processor along with one egg
  4. Pulse it a couple of times so that we get a coarse paste
  5. Shape this mixture into patties and shallow fry in a Tawa
