Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rawa..1 small bowl
  2. Mustard seeds..1/2sp
  3. Dhuli urad daal..1/2 sp
  4. Green chilli..1
  5. Kari patta..1 sprig
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Red chilli powder..1/2sp
  8. Oil..1sp
  9. Ghee..1sp
  10. Carrot..1
  11. Onion..1 small
  12. Green peas..1/2 small bowl
  13. Capsicum..1 small
  14. Potato..1 small
  15. Lemon juice
  16. Chopped coriander leaves
  17. Water three times of rawa
  18. Nuts..i have used cashewnuts and raisins.

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop veggies.
  2. Chop onions and keep aside.
  3. Dry roast rawa in a pan.
  4. Transfer rawa in a plate.
  5. Heat a kadhai with some oil/ghee..Add urad daal and mustard seeds.
  6. Add the chopped onion and saute until transparent, then add the veggies and saute them.
  7. Add salt to the veggies.
  8. Now add rawa.
  9. Mix well and ,add water and red chilli powder.
  10. Let it cook further and add lemon juice.
  11. Cook it till water is absorbed..At the end add ghee.
  12. Add chopped coriander leaves and nuts and serve.
