Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup rawa
  2. 1 cup boiled hot water (or as needed )
  3. 1 small capsicum chopped
  4. 1 small tomato chopped
  5. 1 green chilly finely chopped
  6. 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  7. 1 spring curry leaves
  8. Handful corriender leaves
  9. 1/2 tsp cumin
  10. 2 tbsp oil
  11. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok , add cumin to splutter
  2. Now add curry leaves and all vegetables except tomato
  3. Saute for few seconds , do not overcook
  4. Now add suji ( rawa ) and tomato and roast for 7-8 minutes on medium flame
  5. Add salt and 1 cup of hot water and mix well to avoid lumps
  6. Give it a quick mix , The suji will combine toghether , switch off the flame
  7. Garnish with fresh corriender leaves and serve hot
