Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Semolina 1 cup
  2. Curd 2 tablespoons
  3. oil or ghee 1 tablespoon
  4. Curry leaves 8...10
  5. Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
  6. Red pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Onions 2 medium size
  9. Boiled mix vegetables like peas ,carrots ,beans ,cauliflower 1 cup
  10. Water as needed

Instructions

  1. Dry roast the semolina for 2 to 3 minutes
  2. Keep aside
  3. Now put a pan on medium heat
  4. Add oil in it
  5. Add curry leaves and mustard seeds to crackle
  6. Add chopped onion and green chilles
  7. Add roasted semolina
  8. Add 1 glas water
  9. Add beaten curd
  10. Add salt and pepper powder
  11. Keep stirring
  12. Add all the boiled vegetables
  13. Let it thickened
  14. Now turn the flame off
  15. Serve hot dizzled by some ghee
