This Indo Chinese style lamb fry has just a handful of ingredients, simple to prepare and is an extremely versatile one. I have made this with beef and chicken too and the result has always been pleasing. You could try a veggie version too with mushrooms, potatoes etc… or maybe tofu.
Add salt, pepper and soya sauce to lamb pieces and leave this to marinade for 1 hour. In a pressure cooker or regular pan, cook marinated lamb pieces with little water till ¾ ths done.
Ina pan, heat oil and drop in sliced onions, green chilies and fry on high for few seconds. On low flame add cooked lamb pieces with stock and red chili powder.
On high flame stir meat pieces to get coated well. If required season with salt.
Serve by garnishing with spring onions and coriander leaves.
