Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Lamb liver 400 gm
  2. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  3. Oil 3 tbsp
  4. Salt 1 tsp
  5. Garam masala 1 tsp
  6. Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  7. Green chillies chopped 2
  8. Tomatoes chopped very finely 1
  9. Onion chopped finely 1
  10. Cumin powder 1 tsp
  11. Coriander leaves chopped 1/4th cup

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the liver into very small pieces. This is actually an important part of this recipe.
  2. It should be cut as thin as possible.
  3. Apply salt and ginger garlic paste to it and set aside.
  4. On a tawa or griddle, heat oil and saute the onions first.
  5. Now add the chopped tomato and the rest of the spices.
  6. Saute until soft and now add the liver pieces.
  7. Cover and simmer on low to medium high heat for about 15 minutes at first.
  8. Then open the lid and saute on a high heat until the oil starts separating.
  9. As it has been cut into very small pieces, it gets cooked very fast.
  10. Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with chopped coriander.
  11. Serve hot with rice or phulkas or parathas.
