Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Maida 2 cup
  2. Water
  3. oil
  4. Mint leaves 4 spoon
  5. Fenugreek leaves 4 tsp
  6. Salt per taste
  7. Carrom seeds 2 tsp
  8. Makka atta 2 spoon
  9. Bajri atta 2 spoon

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl add makka atta , Bajra atta Maida Atta 2 teaspoon carom seed 2 teaspoon, salt 4 tablespoon fenugreek leaves mint leaves oil water and need it into a smooth soft Dough
  2. Rest the Dough for 15 minutes.
  3. Then make roti from dough and make heart shape from cutter.
  4. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet.deep fry these till they are brown and crispy.
  5. Serve hot.
